Toilet Water Cleaner Than Ice

70-percent of the time, the ice from the fast food restaurant’s contain more bacteria than the fast food restaurant’s toilet water.

This is old, but I just wanted to put it up here because it has profoundly influenced how I handle my beverages at restaurants.

  • Yeah I remember talking about how the ice cubes on airplanes are basically little frozen chunks of tapeworm. So what do you do, then? No ice at all in restaurants? I can’t roll with lukewarm. Maybe you bring your own special purified ice in a little cooler. That would be just like you.

  • The soda that comes out of the fountain is usually plenty cold. Plus room for more with no ice. Game the system, dogg.

If I’m somewhere where they actually serve you the drink in a glass, I don’t ask for no ice. I don’t want to be one of those customers.

  • I’ve avoided reading anything about this. Ice is one of my favorite things. If I was forced enjoy plain graham crackers and ice (as my only food/beverage) for the rest of my life, I might not complain.

  • Well, since the toilet water is cleaner than the ice, maybe the solution is to get your beverage and ice in separate containers, then take your cup of ice to the restroom and rinse it out in the toilet.

  • Why the hell you diggin’ in toilet bowls.
